Page Speed describes the speed of the loading time of a website. The loading time includes the entire time of the process between an initial request, eg clicking on a link, to the finished rendering of the page. Due to the increase in the use of mobile devices, page speed has become more relevant. More and more users obtain required information on the mobile device and generally applies; the slower the loading time, the higher the bounce rate.
Thus, the PageSpeed is an important factor for the user experience, but also for the Google ranking. Google has made PageSpeed a ranking factor because it also has an impact on crawling. Pages that take more than 2 seconds for the Google bot to download are crawled less often than fast pages.
PageSpeed optimization is already integrated into our myls websites. With different and modern tools we always try to achieve the best possible result. In our latest project, Bärtschi Bau AG , we achieved a sensational Google PageSpeed score of 93/100 points (smartphone) and 99/100 points (desktop).
